All sales are final. Products once sold cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Returns/replacements are only possible for errors such as incorrectly shipped, missing, or damaged items. The customer must write to us with photographs of the product received at noarbrands@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the incorrect/missing/damaged item

In the email, please mention your order number (or shipping address and phone number given for order placement so that we can trace the order at the backend). Photographs of the damaged/ incorrect products received is mandatory

In case of incorrect item set or damage during transit, only a replacement will be offered, not a refund or exchange of product fragrance.

We will not accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is used or altered.
• The product appears damaged due to misuse/overuse.
• The product is without original packaging, including price tags, labels, and other accessories (if any), or if the original packaging is damaged.
• If we receive a return request after 2 business days of delivery.
