Usage & Refund Policy

- Refund request allowed within 48 hours of delivery (website orders only).

- Refunds will be processed after the product is received, inspected for minimal usage, and found to be in acceptable condition.
- In case of COD orders, only the product price will be applicable for refund, not the amount paid for COD.
- Reverse pickup to be arranged and borne by the customer.
2. Trial Limits
- Maximum of 1 redemption per customer.
3. We will not accept returns under the following conditions:
- Ensure the perfume has not been used beyond three sprays and remains above the rim.
- The product appears damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- The product is without original packaging, including price tags, labels, and other accessories (if any), or if the original packaging is damaged.
